Although Google has been strongly pushing website speed as an important ranking factor in search results, how important is it really?
A score of 90 or above is considered good, 50 to 90 needs improvement, and anything below 50 is poor. A score of 18 is terrible, yet it is one of the most visited sites on the internet.
Speed isn’t everything and it is not as important as content. If you had two identical websites, but one was slightly faster, it might make a difference, but otherwise I wouldn’t worry about it unless it is really bad.
