I have the Outlook app on my Samsung phone and it has been working fine up till now. Now I cannot send any emails because the send button is grayed out. I tried deleting the app and installing it again, but it has not solved the problem.
I have come across other people with this problem and the consensus of opinion seems to be that it is a bug in the Android Outlook app. The app is updated every week or two and the next version should fix it.
Since Outlook is a web mail system, remember that you can go to the outlook.com website using Chrome on your phone. It works almost as well as the app and there should be no problems with sending emails.
